According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 80% of individuals with disabilities were unemployed in 2021. This is untapped potential that can fuel the economy while creating invaluable life experiences and autonomy.
By partnering with agencies, organizations and employers, we can work to get more individuals with disabilities prepared to be successful in employment, placed in jobs,
provided proper supports and retention services. It is our goal to help lead individuals to self-sufficiency through the development of necessary life and employment skills. This is done by securing competitive employment, strengthening their soft skills needed to maintain employment, skill building, coaching supports and assessments. Through our high school Navigator program, we are able to reach students by providing fun and engaging programming.
